Sonora Estate is a world-renowned farm ST.ALi have been working with now for almost eight years—going right back to the start of their green bean buyer, Lucy Ward’s career. Owned and operated by the father and son duo of Alberto and Diego Guardia, Sonora are naturals at naturals, focusing almost exclusively on this processing style—and they’re damn good at it too.
The Red Catuaí Natural from Sonora Estate is a delicious mix of aroma and sweetness, with this year’s lot having notes of black cherry, and warm spice.
Filter roast. Suitable for pour over, Aeropress, drip machines and plunger.
