Chalatenango is not a well-known region for coffee production in El Salvador but produces some of the best dynamic coffees we’ve tasted from El Salvador. This coffee here is exquisite and grown by committed, passionate farmers, many of whom are seeing specialty prices for their lots for the first time in the area's history. Jorge Alberto Recinos owns Buena Fe, a 3-hectare farm, where he grows Pacas and Pacamara variety coffee. The coffee is picked ripe and de-pulped the same day, then fermented dry for 24 hours before being dried for 15-20 days on patios and raised beds.
Filter roast. Suitable for espresso machines and stovetops. A great place to start your coffee at home journey.
Since coffee began, it has been central to many cultures’ social comings-together, regardless of class or standing. It has become synonymous with generosity and sharing, and these are the values COFFEE SUPREME love. From tomorrow onwards, regardless of their size and spread, Supreme will continue to cherish these values and to make them central to their business.
