About Me
Coffee was literally made to thrive in the lush environment Yirgacheffe's forests provide, developing nuanced floral characteristics, articulate sweetness and sparkling acidity.
The Yirgacheffe Chelchele is processed at the Chelchele washing station, located within the Chelchele village. Coffees from this region tend to have a nice backbone of sweetness from toffee and soft nuts like almond, with a floral and citrus undertone.
This coffee displays a wonderful creamy texture, with notes of berries, tea rose, milk chocolate and a winey acidity.
