About Me
This coffee is sun-dried on raised beds from 8-11am then covered from 11am-2pm and sun-dried again from 2pm-5pm then covered overnight. During the day labourers are constantly moving beans around for consistent drying. Thickness of parchment is roughly 5cm, it usually takes between 10 - 15 days for parchment to dry.
