All of Criteria Coffee's Ethiopian coffee from the last 3 years has been curated by Getu Bekele, awarded a Masters in Plant breeding and genetics and a Doctorate in global food security and crop improvement, he is a certified botanic expert and has focused all of his research into Ethiopian coffee farming. His work primarily focuses on training in coffee quality, variety, agronomy, processing and marketing for co-operatives and farmers throughout the year and has expanded to include coffee farmers in Ethiopia, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda providing guidance to improve their coffee production, productivity and quality, help them find appropriate market on international market.
