About Me
Peruvian coffee is not typically granted recognition in the industry, and as such is a true hidden Gem.
This year, Peru was greatly affected climate change. Due to persistent rainfall, cherry growth was impacted heavily whilst leaf rust disease proliferated throughout crops. On top of this, the pandemic presented a huge challenge to overcome for the local industry and people. Cherry prices were low, labour was short and economic restrictions meant that the coffee industry was crippled.
The La Danta is a packed with notes of mandarin, lemon and sugarcane.
