Tabe Burka Washed - Single Origin Filter
- Dried apricot
This is ST.ALi's third year coming back to this farm, from a region in Oromia—Uraga—that’s fast gaining a reputation for some of the most distinct coffees coming out of Ethiopia. Owned by Tadesse Edema, he is nothing short of a pioneer in the area, having built his own wash station, built schools in the area, and paved roads—he’s a true community leader.
This exceptional coffee produced by Tadesse Edema can now be traced back to his farm in a transparent manner. With recent relaxation in Ethiopian Coffee Exchange regulations, it’s no longer lost in the regional warehouse amongst other producers from the area. This washed processed coffee is elegant and clean, tasting of dried apricot and honey.
Filter roast. Suitable for pour over, Aeropress, drip machines and plunger.
