We want you to be happy with what you ordered — and we’re here to help if something’s not right.
Coffee Orders
Our partner roasters follow strict quality control standards, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there’s an issue with your order or you’re not happy with the coffee you received, please get in touch at hello@altdrop.com.au and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Coffee Equipment
We offer a 14-day return policy on coffee equipment. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll organise a replacement or credit note for the purchase amount.

Reason for return
A few things to keep in mind:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return postage is at your expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

All refunds are processed via the original payment method
If your item is faulty, incorrectly described, or not functioning as expected, you're entitled to a refund, exchange or credit under Australian Consumer Law.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
