Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

Australian Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $30 | $9.00 on orders under $30
• Express Shipping: $6.00 on orders over $30 | $15.00 on orders under $30

International Shipping International standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $25.00 AUD. Please note that delivery timeframes vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays.

Order Tracking Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Public Holidays & Christmas Period Please allow additional processing and delivery time during public holidays and the Christmas period. We'll do our best to keep you updated on any delays.
