This one comes from select farms in Colombia’s Popayán region—an area known for producing beautifully clean, balanced coffees. After harvest, the coffee is milled locally and sent to Caldas, where it’s decaffeinated at origin—a rare and pretty special step.

Instead of shipping it off overseas for processing, this coffee stays close to home. It’s decaffeinated using a natural method developed in Colombia, where sugarcane and water are used to gently remove the caffeine. The result? A cup that’s sweet, smooth, and full of flavour, with none of the harshness you sometimes get in decaf.
