THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...
- Our coffee orders are shipped within seven days of being roasted.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Free shipping is available for all orders $70 or over.

Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.
- Subscription orders have no lock in contracts. Cancel anytime you like!
- All our orders are shipped from our HQ based in Melbourne. However, in the unlikely event we may need to ask our roasters to ship your order on behalf of us. In this case we will be sure to get in touch with you to provide updates on your order.
- We ship internationally! All shipping costs are calculated at checkout with approximate delivery timeframes.
