Roasted a little darker than Allpress Espresso Blend, Allpress take the development further to soften the acidity and introduce richer chocolate notes. Gentle acidity, heavy body, sweet, rich dark chocolate. Brazil for the body, cocoa, sweetness and length. Colombia for a touch of acidity to provide some balance, milk chocolate and sweetness. Papua New Guinea: more cocoa, subtle raisin/sweet dried fruit notes
