    Great coffee and service.

    Great service, great selection of coffees. Customer service are phenomenal. Only complaints are that the coffee can take a while to ship out, so when you do receive it, the next batch is due to be shipped. That and I've already completed one of these reviews but are still asked to leave a review every third day or so...

    Hey Eden! Really glad to hear you're enjoying the coffee :) Ugh, i'm totally with you on how annoying slow delivery can be. This is why we can now promise all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being processed (except for the weekends). The slow delivery was due to a few logistical headaches from working with so many roasters. However, it's all fixed up now and we're confident our new delivery system will continue to uphold our high level of service. The review requests should be fixed up now too. I hope that helps!     LOVEEEEEE Alt Drop

    Phenomenal! GREAT customer service. Website is really intuitive and user-friendly. Most importantly though, the pool of coffee roasteries Alt Drop rotates through is awesome. I've been a barista for too long and figured I had a fairly decent handle of the majority of specialty coffee roasteries in Aus, but turns out my knowledge was fairly limited. I'm happy to be humbled in that regard. Highly recommend!

    An interesting experience to enjoy coffee from different coffee stores

    I've never been to Australia, just happened to see Altdrop offers subscriptions to multiple Australian shops and I joined the subscription. Although the shipment takes 2 weeks to my country, I'm happy with the arrival of my first batch of subscription. Hope Altdrop will keeps on providing wonders every month.

    The coffee is amazing and the service is next level

    I have two small kids and having a continual supply of coffee in the house is ESSENTIAL. There have been a couple of times when our delivery didn't arrive when expected but the folks at Alt Drop hand-delivered the coffee to our door like the Coffee Angels they are! Thank you!
