About Me

Roasted a little darker than Allpress Espresso Blend, Allpress take the development further to soften the acidity and introduce richer chocolate notes. Gentle acidity, heavy body, sweet, rich dark chocolate. Brazil for the body, cocoa, sweetness and length. Colombia for a touch of acidity to provide some balance, milk chocolate and sweetness. Papua New Guinea: more cocoa, subtle raisin/sweet dried fruit notes

A coffee to return too

After a lot of heavy/ hard coffee it was great to have a high quality medium high coffee with its chocolate notes added a light feel of mocha to the coffee , I’m only on the first two days of this coffee and look forward to having high fat milk with it to explore its notes better & deeper
