About Me
The Cerrado Mineiro region is located in the northwest of Minas Gerais State, Brazil. It is world renowned for producing exceptional quality coffee with a unique identity. The plantations are cultivated at altitudes varying between 800 and 1,300 meters. Uyara produces a very sweet cup with yellow fruit acidity, balanced by a full body and syrupy mouthfeel. This coffee is perfect for milk based offerings but retains the unique elements of its origin as a black coffee.
