Golden Ticket is our go-to for a smooth, expressive filter brew—crafted from two beautiful origins: a local landrace lot from Alemayehu Sali in Uraga, Guji (Ethiopia), and a five-producer blend from the Asdeflor Co-op in Huehuetenango (Guatemala), made up of caturra and catuai varieties.

Both lots are fully washed, bringing clarity and structure to every cup. Expect an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity with notes of orange semolina cake, cacao nibs, honeycomb, and malty chocolate. It’s got that satisfying juiciness up front and a lingering sweetness as it cools—designed to be a daily filter coffee that performs, every time.

We first released Golden Ticket in 2017, chasing a blend that could offer both character and consistency. Turns out, pairing two single origins was the way to go—bringing the best of both regions into one approachable, flavour-packed cup.
