About Me
Since 2021, the Kibirizi washing station has been a hub for quality coffee and community in Rwanda’s Southern Province. Around 1,130 local farmers from Nyamagabe bring their handpicked cherries here—where the coffee is sorted, pulped, and carefully washed before heading out into the world.
During the drying stage, the beans are regularly raked to ensure evenness, drawing out delicate honey sweetness and a lovely tea-like body. The result? A bright, clean cup that beautifully reflects the care and collaboration behind it.
