We order from our partnered roasters at the start of every week. Our deliveries usually arrive on the Wednesday and we start packing right away. This batch of coffee usually lasts us until the following Monday when we wait for another batch of fresh coffee to arrive. If you're after the freshest coffee possible, we suggest to sign up at the start of the week (we recommend Tuesday), or simply leave a note on your cart that you'd like to wait for your first order to be shipped when the next fresh batch comes in. We will then sync your subscription so it starts from the day your first order goes out. If your subscription is processed towards the end of our weekly freshness cycle, don't be alarmed as we believe coffee starts to tastes the best 10-14 days from roast date anyways so it'll be just before that window by the time it reaches your door. Of course it comes down to your preference, so let us know what works best for you :)
