Evelyn is a total vibe. Floral, complex, and beautifully layered, this one hits from the moment you grind it. Whether you’re brewing filter or pulling espresso, expect notes that shimmer — citrus, berry, and just the right amount of elegance. We almost wrote “bergamot” on the label, but it’s more of a feeling than a flavour. You'll get it.
